These rules are in effect from July 21, 2025 through January 16, 2026. OAR 411-323-0030 will expire November 28, 2025.
Summary
The Oregon Department of Human Services, Office of Developmental Disabilities Services (ODDS) is making temporary rule changes to immediately implement quality improvements for agencies, 24-hour residential providers, and standard model agencies.
The temporary rule changes:
Ensure providers meet set standards to adequately meet the needs of people receiving services, improving their health, safety, and well-being.
Stop waste and misuse of Medicaid funds by ensuring services are delivered as intended.
